This position will require the following responsibilities:
The principle role is to own all aspects of product development related to the Master Data Management (MDM) component of a global supply chain integration process product. This includes having an in depth understanding of the global supply chain integration process specific applications and using that knowledge to define business process, define business requirements, and develop documentation. Other duties will include acting as the primary point of customer contact for the MDM component of the global supply chain integration process.
Responsible for the Company?s Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Management business processes specific to the IM & WM SAP modules and other WM applications, including conveyor belt and transportation management system. Work with the Power Users at the Suppliers operations site, serving as the first line-contact to define SAP IT enhancements requirements and to take ownership of the SAP Order Fulfillment enhancement implementation process. Coordinate the resolution of SAP specific production support issues with the Company?s production support partner (on-shore & off-shore), take over project management responsibilities in implementing SAP IM & WM modules at new Supplies facilities, and perform SAP knowledge transfer and training of SAP IT enhancements and the new business processes to power users on site.
